Ross rear sight

Which one? There are numerous variations. Something like the one for a Mk. III rifle, maybe $40, if in nice shape. A precision target sight, $250 - $300?

A related question, does anyone know if this is a Ross sight?

Sutherland MkI sight for Ross MkII*** and some MkII** and also fits ME, MM, LLE and LM rifles. This sight was also sold commercially.

You have not only the sight, but the rear bridge as well. I would think its worth at least $75. Might be more depending on how motivated the buyer is.

The famous Ross Battle Aperture Sight for the Mark III rifle, best rear sight of WWI although not very well-protected.

Adjustable in Yards and Minutes for range, also adjustable for wind.

Nice sight, very quick to work with.
