Ross rear sight

Any one know what an original of these is worth?

Which one? There are numerous variations. Something like the one for a Mk. III rifle, maybe $40, if in nice shape. A precision target sight, $250 - $300?

Yes, this is a Sutherland rear sight for the 1905 Ross rifle.

Sutherland MkI sight for Ross MkII*** and some MkII** and also fits ME, MM, LLE and LM rifles. This sight was also sold commercially.

You have not only the sight, but the rear bridge as well. I would think its worth at least $75. Might be more depending on how motivated the buyer is.

Thanks for the info. BTW it will also fit on Martini Henry rifles, which is how it came to me.
