Yes but there is always a safe way to do it. don't forget it's a pal rated, so its a weapon and must use it like a real rifle.

Those bylaws can be tricky. I just looked it up for my area (Guelph, ON) and any firearm (including all air and pellet guns, bows, crossbows, etc.) is prohibited from being fired within city limits. I was using my 495 fps for some minor pest control, thinking I was well within my rights with my small game licence. Turns out not so much.

Same. Not within our city limits. One day I'll verify whether or not airsoft is still allowed; rumour was that it might be banned now. Maybe I'll take my son's airsoft to the range to check the reaction....no....bad idea.

Depends where you are. In Ontario you're fine if theres no municipal by laws.
