Hi yall, so I just bought a Savage 10FCP-k in 308win, this gun is a totally no frills and shoots great:

anyways, I love it so much, and planning to buy it a new dress in the summer, Accu-stock is nice, aluminum bedding and so, but I really want to have a pistol grip stock, but most of the stocks are for Remington700 platform only, even tho some are for Savage, but not for 10FCPK in particular(due to its different bolt release design to the regular 10FP).

Then I found a stock called XLR Chassis Stock, it fits 10FCP-k, and with good price($750) and has pistol grip and looks good, I want it so bad!
ps: it accepts AI mags, how nice is that!

but the thing is, it seems no one in Canada carry them, I can't find one in Canada, and importing one from the US is really pain in the arse.

are there any one want this stock? we can discuss and figure out a way to make it to Canada.

I have one on order from Sean also, there is a bit of a wait so the sooner you act the sooner you get to take your new date to the range!

Hi kelly, which platform did you ordered, a Savage as well? are there any importing fee/custom documents needs to be done?
thanks

Why would you not order from XLR directly? Kyle is a great guy to deal with, their service is great, shipping fast and communication superb. I called them last year, put in my order, gave him my credit card # and had my XLR Carbon Tactical chassis in a couple of months. The whole process was simple, straightforward went off without a hitch. Easy Peasy!

I also ordered direct from July at xlr. No import issues or nothing. Great service and put up with my questions haha. North shore is great to from what I've heard but I liked going direct. I have the same tactical stock and love it. Fits me better the my mdt tac 21 did. U won't be dissapointed

It is not a Pain in the ass to buy this stock from the US.
I gave them my CC # online.
He put it in the mail , and Canada post delivered it to my door.
It took 8 weeks for the build and a week for delivery ( it think he charges 65$ to ship)

I don't think you are honestly saving much by going directly to XLR.

Now if there is an issue you would have the support of a dealer to aide you.

I was also able to use EMT for the transaction, which I prefer.

I also believe that we have to support our Canadian retailers as well as our sponsors here.

We don't support them then they go away.

Technically stocks are covered under the goofy US regulations for explorting...

If my gun shot that well I wouldn't touch a thing!
