Nemesis 300WSM and US optic rig....

Which model(s) were you able to compare (in person) between the USO and S&B? I'm not doubting your assessment, only asking for hands-on reviews of both glass (hopefully in the same magnification and objective size) to see if this is a fact across the whole offering from USO or just a particular model, either old or new.

I have used, and messed with the 3.2-17, the 5-25, the USO spotter (owned) and the S&B 5-25. Don't get me wrong, if someone was like, here's a USO I am not going to complain, but when you have the option of S&B, zeiss, as mentioned, the steiners and March (which is what I went with), and money isn't an issue, go for the best glass. I would use a USO if I knew I was absolutely going to use and abuse a kit.

Was on the March site, one i really like, light, short simple and plain reticule the March Tactical 2.5X25X42 with D-plex could be a perfect scope for the Nemesis 300WSM and a easy swap on my Scout Steyr 308... JP.

Can Zeiss really be compared to USO, S&B and March - I'll add Premier to that list - on all aspects? i.e. glass quality, ruggedness, usability (long range shooting reticle Vs simple hunting crosshair or dot), MOA/MIL turret elevation?

I've used a Zeiss (not a diavary mind you) on a hunting rig and I've been well served with it, no complaints there, but in comparison to the USO (SN4 1.5-6 and SN3 3.2x17) that I've looked through, they aren't in the same ball game. Again, might have been for the fact that it wasn't the high-end Zeiss, but still.

As you said though, if money is no object, the sky's the limit.

Money is a thing you cannot take with you when youre bound up there (in the sky...lol)... JP.

I don't want to speak for pyro but I'm sure he's referring to the high end Diavari or the Hensoldt, both being competitive with the others you listed.

I honestly was expecting $3,500 all in, so it's not bad at all. Perhaps I'm thinking of their bigger objective scopes too.

And no, you certainly can't take it with you. I say that if you leave enough aside for your love ones, the rest is toys-fund for sure :)

I'm sure by Zeiss he meant Hensoldt. And as far as hensoldt is concerened I would say they have the nicest glass amongst all others mentioned period! They are also very robust.

And the nicest thing is getting to use your toys-funds with your loved ones, it is a pay-pay situation... JP.

Anyway the one i will buy gonna be a top scope, at that level of quality, not much worries to have... JP.

Hey JP, I'm not seeing any video is it just me?

Also are you taking offers on your Nemesis and scope ... $2500 all in? umm ya I think I can help you out there 8) .... Videos!

And for my Nemesis 308 10K without a scope is not enough to let it go, kind of rifle you give to a family member or friend, could never sell it... JP.
