I think these were from the same competition where the CSOR team has placed 3rd.

Looks like there is a pretty big internal LE sale within China.

Those do look to be higher quality than the ones we see - take a look at the e-port on the rifle 'sniper guy' is using - no chipped paint! - and yeah, no Norc slings, I'll have to remember this next time a newb wants to know how to use the Norc sling. Maybe the Norc sling is an inside joke, and 2 billion people are laughing at us trying to make them work???

My new DD has two large chips on the ejection port.

So.......the Chinese with Norinco CQ "knock offs" outperformed our guys with probably the highest quality custom built M4 rifles around?

Interesting....

To say the least.

Anyone in the know who has used these M4orgery's could only give a two thumbs up for a 699.00 AR.

These rifles perform the part of the entry level, Basic AR M-4 carbine admirably.

For this kind of competition, it really depends on how much the team trains specifically to prepare for it. Not to take away from the Chinese, they have probably trained for the entire year just to win this. They had done very well in some international patrol competition as well. If the people are of descent quality and they train for the events, they will win. I am not sure western military teams are spending as much time to train specifically to win.

Aren't these competitions more determined by the operators than the gear?. not to take anything away from the norcs, they are great guns to be sure. but if you put me with the finest ar ever made by a man against a CSOR guy with a rattly POS AR. The CSOR guy wins every time.

Two teams from China, the Snow Leopard Commando unit and a group from China’s police academy, took the top two slots, according to a statement from Jordan’s military.
