So I shot my first groups yesterday with my first batch of hand loads. The best group by far was shooting 60gr vmax with 23.3gr of benchmarck. At 24gr the groups opened up substantially. All things considered I'm pretty proud of this group:

My shooting skills have a ways to go yet before I could shoot a group like that twice in a row, let alone five times in a row. I hope to get there some day though. Thank you for the encouraging words everyone. This hobby has proven to be challenging, interesting, and a ton of fun, all be it terribly hard on my bank account. I suppose there are far worse things one could spend their money on though!

I see your sig line, nice choice. I started with the same rifle and scope, except mine was 5-15x40 iirc. Great combo.
