Looking around for a minty M48 sling. Anywhere else in Canada or Internationally to find one... other then Marstar; who is sold out. I have found some in the U.S. but they can not be exported.

Any tips?

Ebay?

Are you sure a sling can't be exported from the US? Maybe the seller just doesn't ship out of the US?

Only the big retailers have an export license, which only have used slings. The small retailers who have the mint condition slings do not have the proper license to export. That is the issue.

Century Arms as has informed me to contact Trade-Ex, but they do not have any in stock. (according to website)

Try here. They ship to Canada. They won't ship the Lee Enfield No. 1 Mk III forend though.(In case you were just about to get all excited when you see them listed.) Lots of really great stuff! Remove the space between the w's and you are good to go.

I received my order today. I ordered two slings as to compare and use the one of better condition, then sell the other. To my surprise they sent me unissued ones in excellent shape . Also, their shipping is far more reasonable than Numrich when it comes to international orders. Will buy from them again.

That has been my experience as well. I save up for my numrich orders so that I have over $100.00 so the international shipping is spread out over multiple items. Numrich is still key for many hard to find items and parts.
