Best price on MFS 7.62x39 FMJ non corrosive?

I just purchased a CSA VZ58 in 7.62x39, spare mags, and now I am on the search for ammo.

I have tracked down the best price, that I can find, on corrosive ammo.

I am looking for the best price on MFS 7.62x39 FMJ ammo to use as my non corrosive ammo.

Best price I have found on MFS is at Al Flaherty's $150 per 500... Out of stock at the moment and says local pickup only.

Can you guys point me towards a source for MFS FMJ in 7.62x39 that is closer to $0.30 per round than the $0.50 plus per round price I see at most places.

Damn that's a good price. Canadian tire in Calgary sold their MFS FMJ for $10 for a box of twenty.....and that was their on sale price.

Yeah I thought so too when I came across it. $9.99 for MFS SP. I bought a bunch thinking I better jump on it at that price...6 weeks later still plenty in stock and same price.

You might want to look for Barnaul which is much better non corrosive ammunition. MFS is garbage.

Reliable gun in Vancouver has it for $170/500. No clue on the shipping though.

i get it at Maccumber archery in Kahnawake for 8 bucks no tax but the stock is iffy they out at the moment

Prairie Gun Trader, $189.99 for 500, about $0.38 a round not including tax and shipping. I got a case of 7.62x39 and a 1000rd case of 9mm and shipping to Med Hat was $45.00. Still cheaper than the gas money I would spend going to Calgary or Lethbridge.

^ that is a great price. around $0.40 per round that is pretty decent for sure. Locally they are $0.80/round

If a Canadian Tire with all of 40-50 guns and a small ammo cabinet can put it out at $7.99 a box (MFS FMJ) we should really be getting better prices from dealers selling this in quantity. For the most part they're getting it from the same importer.

Agreed. That price is exactly why I want to see if my local CT will bring me some in.
