I've been looking at a Norinco 1911 for a while. While it's not a firearm I "need" in my collection, at the price point, I dont mind having it in my collection
Currently, one of CGN's sponsors has the 1911 available at what I consider a good price for one. My past experience with Norinco products in the past has been very disappointing. My Norinco M93 Woodsman had a malfunction the first day i took it to the range and it has been nearly five months since I've sent it back to the shop. I have not heard back from it at all.
I guess my question boils down to:
To the owners of a Norinco 1911, was the purchase worth it? If you had lose your 1911, would you buy another Norinco or would you spend twice as much and pick up a better one such as a Ruger or Remington 1911?
