Final bump.. I wanted to use a scope with a similar reticule for 3gun and if any of the shots are close up, run and gun kinda scenario, I'd like to know what would make it so useless for the application. Thanks in advance!
It could be because of how busy the reticle might be.
I thought the donut or horse shoe style reticles were supposed to be better for CQB.
It may also be because of the size of the dot when at 4x power. Could it be too big for longer reach precision.

Thanks, I was getting desperate lol.. This one would be for 0-500yds, probably 18" target at 500, so no true precision, but enough to score. For CQB, yeah, a little busy around the bottom, but it looks like it should still work. Not saying it's ideal, but to me it looked good enough for my intended purpose.
