If you have tablets or smart phones I recommend 'Practiscore'. We've been using it since the summer with great success and this season our IDPA matches will be all scored electronically. Otherwise there are a number of good spreadsheet templates you can find with a basic search.

I believe there is also a paid program available from IDPA HQ.

Keep in mind that the rules (including, potentially, scoring) are changing (draft of the new rulebook will be posted next week), so the software will need to accommodate those changes.
