Dlask FA BCG NiB

Yes.....and no....looks like the plater put on too much NiB which we will gladly fix. Unless of course...."we are done in Canada" according to all the guys here on CGN....geez....

Well I would expect nothing less than microscopic inspection from Mr Rivetec.....

That being said......you guys should know......these were MADE IN CANADA......and not by us but in a local shop. So.......be happy with what is made here. If they don't work, send them back and we will refund/fix it.

But.....now that we know how well stuff is made here by our manufacturing industry......we will be importing the ones we are making in the USA .....to Canada. They are extremely well made and are coated by FAIL ZERO. They even test fire them...........here is quote snip of an email I just got from them:

Received in this AM 216 AR15 bolt carriers from ......

Have put on side pending arrival of additional parts you said are in transit.
What are we expecting to receive and from whom?

We tried guys......sorry Canadian Manufacturers don't measure up to the Americans......

Another reason i dont know why everyone is flipping out at Dlask...

Anyway each to their own i guess...the problems expressed dont bother me but may bother others this is the beauty of living in canada we can voice our opions!..

Do i feel bad for the guys who got crappy BCGs? yes

Was Dlasks response on here a little un-professional? Oh yeah!

Should we try to work with Dlask to get these issues resolved and hope the make more canadian products at a higher quality? Yes i think so, instead of chastising them i think as canadian firearm enthusiests we should try to work with dlask to better a product that they are new at offering.

F*** it. Just ordered one of the phosphate coated units. Can't find BCG'S in stock anywhere else and I'm ok with a little tweaking and rough edges for $150 shipped to my door. It's better than using my rifle parts as paper weights while waiting to find one elsewhere and I'm sure Ice Arms will make good on it if its not serviceable.

I'll post pics when it arrives.

You know what else works?. Voting with your wallet. Dlask has an outstanding track record, but those BCG are garbage. Wait and see what "gen 2 " brings. If they are not better, then don't buy them.

I just met with Joe @ Dlask and he noticed several issues so I left my rifle and BCG with him to work on, He is clearly concerned and wants to make it right. I don't think any responses on here are generated from his outfit directly but rather the sister company(ICEARMS) that unfortunately doesn't have it own CGN account, the responses I have seen on here don't represent the Dlask I know.

I have found it best to personally deal with Joe. He will make it right.
He cares a great deal about customer satisfaction.
They are doing much more than the BCG's. Every time I go there, they are always busy like ants.
I am certain if there was enough money to be made from hiring a few
more people to answer everyone's questions, he would.
I don't think there is.

We will lose out on the shipping like the magazine fiasco...........

That would make me about $100 out buying defective products from Dlask.

Mag shipping to me.....and back
BCG shipping to me and back.......

If anyone goes to the store....ask Joe for my money back will ya.

lol sorry you feel that way.....
what is it you do again???

I have sent multiple also with no reply.

Nothing has shipped but Ice Arms is stalling to cancel my order and refund my credit card. It's been over a week since I got a "Will do" answer.

Quick to charge when they have no stock PLUS the US exchange fiasco!

Yup same here. No communication or refund since he confirmed that he would cancel my order a couple weeks ago.
It seems that I have to cancel the payment through my CC Co., but they say we must wait 30 days for not receiving it even though Ice Arm's site clearly states that refunds will be issued immediately on items that have not been shipped.

I'm not very happy and will never purchase another item from Dlask or affiliated Co's.

With so few Canadian manufacturers here, it's sad that this is the type of service that they offer.

I got my refund, but not the Full amount went back to my CC since Ice charged my CC in $U.S,the refund was also in U.S. however there is a foreign currency conversion fee. A discrepancy of $12.00. Emiled Richard 10 days ago,no response and I think there will be no response to come. No more Dlask,Ice and Zombie transaction in the future.

My card was charged April 13th. Still no refund.

They're doing a pretty good job of scuttling their chances on CGN. My prediction is they'll do the same as NEA and run away from the forums.

I think he is in the US right now so it's not easy to do somethings or they just forgot try a phone call?

I find Joe does good work has a reasonable turn around time sometimes he is busy so it takes a while that's just how it goes. I find allot of people that like AR 15 rifles like to complain about every little detail on everything it's to expensive, it has a tiny blemish, I had to custom fit it, its to tight, it's to loose. I screwed something up and some how its someone else's fault. I know a few manfactures that do warrenty work and 90 percent are the customer modified it and screwed it up.

Do you work for him? If not why defend his business?

I do not understand nor do I have any sympathy for businesses who do not know how to operate on the internet.
