Best upgrades for Norinco 1911 Government

Grips are the best option. The 1911 grip & mag well area is a standard: go out to a gun store and fondle a few 1911's and when you like the grips on one try to get similar grips.

Someone I know had a Norc 1911 and due to smaller hands went with paper-thin after market grips: a grip & mag area that fit right made a load of good difference.

Hmmm some of those Norinco able to shoot an inch group at 10 yards right out of the box, make sure you shoot it before change something, otherwise you ruin a nice gun with aftermarket parts. Having said that, smooth out the sharp edges and buy some good mag is a must. Trigger job should performed by gunsmith who know how to deal with 1911.
