Joined this site a few weeks ago ................ Put my first gun up for sale a xcr sweet .............. Sold it in the first ten minutes ......Simple all i have to do it go from lethbridge to edmonton at the week end to deliver it .....and you might say i ####en wouldnt do that ,but my family are there and i could kill two birds with one stone get to see the family and get the gun sold .So guy calls me the next day and says can you bring it up i said yes and the guy cant be happier talked about the price and i said the price it firm and he agreed the price .so it was all set for friday .then the guy didnt want to answer the phone ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. So i did get a call back saying iam looking to much for it........ I didn't hide just surprise you with the price it was on there lol.so the trip was planed anyways and guess what the ####ing retard emails me and says ......... Can I still see that gun ! Well I should of told him to go #### his hat by now but I said I would meet him....................at the meet point I waited after he called me and he turned up late no ####ing surprises ,he looked and the gun and says I can get one from wolverine for the same price and I said to this retard why are you looking at a used gun then ,there was no reply !!!!not to many tiger stripe xcr laying about hey . Next was the best bit I thought ,he started talking about how he will give me 1800 for the gun ammo scope mags and other things ..........not going to happen this #### tard didn't even have any money he said I can go get it for you if I wait a bit longer .............really !

That's too bad, people are people. Make sure everything is 100% and if not. Don't go through with it or you'll just end up wasting time. Also you can post on his feedback a negative experience, to warn other cgners of his rude actions

Also thats why I always get payment up front before I agree to any deal.
And try to space out stuff when your type bro that paragraph was a pain in the a#s to read.
 
Your new so I'll fill you in. He's a bit of a celebrity on this site, and fights hard for your right to own that gun. Your not wrong in your case, and you did go out of your way, but this is pretty much how the gun world works. People will try to get best deal they can because guns for some reason never seem to depreciate.

People will window shop and email you tons of offers. It happens when you sell stuff. maybe next time try to take it easy on the window shoppers, people who bash others on this sight tend to disapeer.

Its a good rifle and will sell fast, dont Let one bad experience ruin your week.

I won't bother reading the rant but just for the sake of the community:

Please post some current pictures of your gun so the community can see it.

You're a nice guy but pick up the phone.

A) as noted earlier the gun was traded the gun for $1300 labour (read his earlier posts)
B) in the pictures you sent the day after the deal, I noticed, stock did not match the gun (Stock green, gun tiger, see below photo), I called Wolverine to see about a replacement stock and they said (someone please call them to confirm and post here), they do not sell a Tiger FAST stock.
C) I let you know within 24 hours the deal was off: 1) paying full retail when the stock didn't match the gun 2) was given to you by someone for $1300 labour (which I only found out later), 3) zero trading record, seemed off, 24 hours.
D) I messaged Wednesday or Thursday; I saw the gun had not relisted the gun to ask if you were coming to town... I was very clear if it is a hassle don't bother bringing the gun...
E) When we met the guns stock is now Tiger not green as it was in the photo. I can only assume it was painted this week?? As it was green in the photo.
F) Knowing the gun was exchanged for $1300 labour, I thought an offer of $2000 for the gun with the changing stock colour was fair? The gun itself could use a cleaning but didn't seem in bad shape.

Overall, I'm happy i didn't get it.

Anywho, again I hope he posts new pictures, someone call Wolverine and hopefully they can confirm what I was told.

If this seems unreasonable, I apologize to this great community that has taught me alot, and introduced me to some great new friends!
