Does anyone know where I can pick up one to replace my rear sight? Canada Ammo used to sell them but they are out of stock and the manufacturer is gone out of business. I have a add in the EE, but to no avail as no one has one they want to part with. Mojo sights makes a nice one in the states but they don't import to Canada. Anyone have any leads or tips for me?

Also would anyone care to offer their opinion on peeps sights for the cz/ vz series in general? Will the rear sight be to far forward to be able to even see through the aperture hole reasonable well? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

tagged, was looking for a sight like this a little while ago...Saw front sights with tritium insert but they were cancelled as well....Some one could make some kind of money by doing these peep sight combined with a front sight with tritium insert in both...I guess...
 
I've got the rear peep and front fiber optic post on mine and it works great. Someone should start making them again.....

Midway carries some MOJO sights but not the VZ ones. Brownells doesn't carry them at all.
Are the rear sights interchangeable between a SKS and a CZ / VZ? Im curious whether SKS peep sight might work?

^^^^^^Yeah this!! I've been looking for a set of tritium sights, a peep sight and an extended AK style mag release.. I can't believe with all the Vz/Cz's sold in Canada someone can't step up and start making these parts. I'm tempted to find a machinist here in GTA and see what they could whip up....

I welded an AR rear to the cover it works great.

I got my extended mag release from hical.ca and my tritium sights from zahal.org just a couple weeks ago.
 
Thanks. Checked hical.ca website and didn't see anything. I'll send them an email today. I don't like going to Zahal.org cause its way to easy to spend lots of money I don't have!! :)
