Sir call Newcon they make the best nightvision equipment in canada legally and sell it legally.......they have generation 3 products you can clip on your scope.and will not get harrassed over! please give them a call,I asked them about it ,they responded "if its made in canada its legal' they big question is was that american stuff ''smuggeled'' how did it get here?? thats were all the red tape is......
Its not hunting at night thats the issue. Its illegal to discharging a firearm after dark. Dont get me wrong it happens alot, but its not making it any more legal.
