Just an update as promised....
Ordered on April 25 .... order processed today and got the email from CanadaAmmo at 6:49 pm.

I was at the range tonight with my trusty M&P9 (that I got from CA also) and I was delighted to read the 'processed' email when I got home.

Now the real wait begins ...... we'll see how the BC CFO deals with the deluge from this deal!!

I bought my first restricted from a private sale and completed the transfer on Apr 29. I just paid for the Norinco combo today (so not at all processed). I'm more interested which gun gets processed by the CFO first.

Il update from me. Ordered on the 25th sent EMT same day and they excepted it the same day and still at "04/25/2013 New Order - Received and not yet processed"

I know there busy and all that but Its still Upsetting seeing as they have my money already.

Two I can understand. For those buying three you do realize you only have two hands, the third one won't be adequately fondled :)

I broke down and had to get one and only one, I wonder if I can pass it off as a mothers day gift. Ill keep you posted.

Has anyone reloaded the Norc 45ACP brass? Primer size and pocket dimensions, brass thickness, etc? That may just tip me over to order my second.......

The last 1911 I had several years ago was a Kimber, for which I paid somewhere around $1300 IIRC. Three pistols and 3K rounds of ammo for a couple hundred more seems like an awfully good deal to me. I'll probably leave one in A1 configuration, and send one to a smith for modernizing.

The third is actually meant to be a gift.

I have tried reloading them but my Lee press doesn't like them. I have also found the odd split case out of a once fired Norc cartridge, 2 out if the 50 rounds I tried last year. Maybe my loader, they will reload but not as smooth as other cases. However, if you consider the deal, these factory rounds are cheaper than what I can reload for.!!!!

Hmm, I have a Dillon 650 that can get a tad finicky on occasion......maybe I'll just try some and see how they work out. Small pistol or Large pistol primed?

this norinco brass , resizes, and loads well in lee progressive,(dillion 1050 like them as well) like any other, large primer brass.. becuz the primers are crimped, it IS neccessary to debur the pockets in separate operation. works for me :)

Ordered around 4 on the 25th, received my processed and payment complete email last night at 8pm. Now to wait for my RPAL to go through. In everyone's experience, how long does the RCMP usually take for that?
