Yes, I emailed them about barrel twist for the 195's to get ahead on ordering a barrel and they said with the current situation in the US that we shouldn't expect to see them until 2014.

There is a Canadian bullet company already making a 190gr 7mm bullet. You don't have to wait for Berger.

Also have a look at the 7mm Practical Magnum. Nathan Foster is getting close to 3100FPS out of a 28" barrel with the 190gr Matrix with a G1 BC of 0.8071! Run those numbers.
