I hear where your coming from, but my brain says: Why Mutanize it at all? Why not just run it the way it's supposed to be run and work on becoming more efficient at magazine changes? To each their own I suppose. It's your rifle.

That's an old video though, posted almost 3 years ago. I've also switched to a better LBV so I don't get the same binding issues.
