What........I specifically asked if there was anyway around not having the registration with me and she said none whatsoever. You will get it in 5-10 business days. You MUST wait for it. ....... I'm going to call them again.
 
If someone doesn't want to invest in a ultra sonic cleaner, whats the best easiest way to clean up this greasy mess when it arrives?

I cleaned my M305 with simple green, worked fine. Do not soak over night and wash it off and oil it well after removing the cosmoline.

I used this method only once, if I should NOT do this again, please let me know. ROFL.
 
ultrasonic is a must if you reload and have a great collection but 5 dollar break clean will works great on this. my wife just called and asked what just got delivered ha ha, I think I forgot to tell her. Oh well 1000 rounds, 1911 and a box of goodies delivered. after a good cleaning and a little deburing I'm off to the range.

It is often easier to get forgiveness than it is permission! Hoping my wife is at work and I am home when mine comes, in a couple months she may notice and I will say I had it for quite a while now! In a perfect world,, that would happen!

Ordered the 1911 & ammo combo on April 25th.
May 1st, cc declined. (Wife went dress shopping!!! HA HA, ugh...)
Notified by email the cc was declined. FRACK!
IMMEDIATELY sent an emt on the morning of May 2nd quoting the order number.
EMT accepted May 2nd.
Sent an email providing city of birth to expedite process...

May 10th, order still says "Declined - Card provided for payment was declined"...

Guess I really fugged that one up 'eh boys! Friggen dresses!!!

so my 1911 showed up with a cracked grip, the corner was completely cracked off to the screw, no big deal the grips are pretty bad anyways. the mag doesnt really push in easy needs a bit of a hit (smack it like in a movie) other then that the gun seems fine the bluing is rather light and scratches easy but hey who cares.
