Where would one find a 1895 nagant revolver in working condition?

I'm in the market for a functioning nagant revolver however i can't find one anywhere here in canada.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

The EE is pretty much your only option here. Get your name on the lists of every auction house you can too. There is no ammo available either. Seems to me I saw something online about making it though.

PRVI makes ammo, I found my 1944 Nagant on the EE, there is a few out there!

So does Tradex and a host of others....I reload using new brass....dies etc can still be bought and are plentiful if you know where to look

Tradex has had a few in the past year, I just sold one on the EE and ammo is available all over you just have to be looking is all its one of those that comes and goes hold off for a great one you will find it!

Doesn't seem there's been an import of these for a couple of years, so we're not seeing them in store inventory, only what comes up as trade-in, consignment, or classifieds. I need an Izhevsk one for my Izhevsk collection, they only made those for a couple of years during the Great Patriotic War. Seen more than a few Tulas; they're out there to get.

Unless you're looking for an 1895 Nagant, in which case I wish you luck in locating a first year of production. Tsarist examples are tough.

Ammo is weird stuff, but it's out there, and site sponsors have both complete and re-loading components.
