Random CZ/Any rifle question

I have a barrel shroud on my CZ 858 and I was wondering if I filled it with some sort of filler to make it more rigid would it improve accuracy? I know a while ago I saw something that you could slip onto the barrel of your sporterized mosin that supposedly stiffened up the barrel and made it more accurate. I dunno just a thought?
 
Can't help you with your particular question, but do you have any pictures? I'm curious about this "shroud" I'm sure someone a lot smarter than me will help you out haha

its redish because of the light in my basement.
 
I doubt that can improve anything, from the start,even if a CZ/VZ is more accurate than an SKS, they are not sniper rifle by any means. probably only with handloads somes improvements could be had.
