Who is the Canadian CZ distributor / Service center?

Not sure if they've determined this. Last I heard, CRAFM, who was the warranty depot was dropped and didn't know who was getting it. This was last month when I ordered some parts, they only had what was remaining on the shelf to sell and couldn't get anything else.
 
My local dealer told me LondonArms was the distributor. If you're just looking for parts check out guns n things,I just ordered a slidestop from them

had contacted Dlask, awhile ago..no return email. not until i called him>>> and you better hope your shadows never needs repairs or warranty.. may take up to a year with this guy...tried getting warranty on p07.. forget it.. best advice is make sure your dealer guarantees over the counter exchange!! haha..yeh right! OR you know how to fix it your self.

Since we live in Canada, the rule of thumb is that we always get screwed in a way or the other!

I bought a CZ 75 P07 Duty, and is very happy about it BUT:

The whole planet receives this pistol with the optional safety or decocking lever in the box to allow interchange between the two. It wat the whole point of the thing! Everywhere except one place on earth, here, for some unknown reason, the canadian version is shipped without (what must cost 3$ on the production line) the ***** decocking lever.

In the US, customer service is everything and solutions are one phone call away. But of course, here, it is next to impossible to find something.

I will probably end up having to pay a fortune and spend many hours finding a complicated way to get this stupid and simple 3$ part to convert to decocking mode.

Sorry, i had to get it out of my system!

If you know where to find one please orient me in the right direction.

London Arms is a distributor for CZ but do not stock parts as far as I know, ill probably be contacting David tomorrow and will see if they stock anything or have heard word on who will be the warranty depot.
 
I just bought some CZ factory parts from FRAFM who are an offical CZ dealer. However they just told me that they are now done with that and the part they have are the last ones and they wont be getting any more. Regardless talk to Tara she was a great help.

Why the hell would they give the contract to Dlask?

That place sounds much more like a hobby shop than an arms dealer.

I agree, I contacted them through the dlask site about a $1000 rifle about a month ago. I'm still waiting. There is no shortage of threads here about their lack of communication. I hear they do great work, but as an official warranty center they are going to have to raise the bar on talking with the customers. Possibly three web businesses is too much for them, makes you wonder why three separate sites.

Yeah. That's what I mean when I refer to them as a "hobby shop".

It's like something they just do for fun on the side. They're not really even trying to run a serious firearms business.

I was luckey as she still had the parts I needed, I took the last two. CZ website listes Wolverine, Dlask and some holding company from London ON thay has a year old voice messege. Wolverine past me to CRAFM. Its not bad ordering from the US non fire control parts, its just the shipping thats killer. I just bought two safety detents and two springs for my Springfield P9 from Numrich, the parts were $14 and shipping was $40 lol.

Yah whats up with Dlask they never got back to me either, I first emailed them twice on two seperate instances with no reply. Then I called them and spoke to a very quick lady who said the gunsmith would get back to me, im still waiting on that also. For such a prolific company they seem quite small business wise. I heard the Dlask used to be a small handful of people in the continent who used to work on the P9, it would be nice to talk to them about this.

I have yet to need parts for my CZ aside from mags and a reduced power recoil spring, no doubt I will someday. With the CZ's being quite popular up here I think it is very important that whoever the official importer is that they do parts bookings with there initial order but I guess that's a perfect world.

Same goes for other pistols such as the Grand Power, they are a great gun for a good price, no doubt they will get very popular in Canada as well, hopefully Blue Line brought in a lot of spares, springs, mags, sights, barrels, hammers, slides etc...not just gun kits. :cool:
