CZ 455 owners - what's your fav 22 ammo?

In 22LR, I've been making holes in paper with CCI mini-mag. Great reliability and I've been happy with the 8cents per cartridge price.

Haven't tried the 22WMR barrel yet, but will be starting with Hornady NTX.

Curious what other shooters like.

Just started with my CZ 452, would like to know as well. Plan to try green tag, CCI Standard and some FIiocchi 22LR 38GR CP-HP when I get my scope sighted.

Any thoughts and recomendations welcomed.

For LR... SK ST+, Wolf MT, CCI SV... In that order.

For 22lr Mine was great with mini mags but better with sk standard +. For wmr 30gr hornady vmax. I found 22lr to be more accurate then the 22 wmr.

I'm just target shooting with mine, but for cheap shooting CCI SV, and for scoring events the best so far is RWS Match Pistol (but $8.50 for 50 rounds). The RWS will make a big hole at 25 yards consistently.

BTW does everybody else find that spare mags for the CZ 455 are like finding hen's teeth?

Not really. But you can order them from cz over seas. Not cz usa

I only shoot 22mag with my 455. Best and most accurate ammo is CCI Maxi Mags in 40gr hp. Shot a 5 shot 1/8inch group at 50 yds bench resting 2 weeks ago. Best ever. Usually 1/2 to 3/4 inch groups. I know the gun is better than me cause even bench resting I can see the crosshairs moving. Try Winchester Power Points 40gr in your 22LR. Very accurate ammo. The cheap stuff works but Power Points are very consistant but sometimes hard to find.
