Tavors at Canadian Tire

I hope the Canadian Tire stores in my city have the guts to stock these.

From what I've heard, I know one of them will be.

Yup. Great design really. As you put the fresh mag in your thumb slides up the spine of the mag and as it bottoms out your thumb hits the release!

yeah it felt great to me although I've never fired one. I'm certainly no expert but I think if I was in a war I would rather lug one of these around rather than the Canadian Forces rifle. I guess it might depend on the distance of the enemy which one would be better.

you should buy both of them~ one for fun and the other one you resell as a price of 3100 no tax, then you can use the money to buy ammo for fun

What does distance have anything to do with it?

Perhaps you should refrain from guessing; the quality of the discussions on here would be greatly improved by people who do not know what they are talking about reading more than they post...

where on CGN can I read about what situations a solider would be better off with a tavor vs a c7 and vise versa? I recently joined this site to learn more about what I am interested in from more experienced gun enthusiasts, not to improve the quality of the discussions(that's your opinion). Complain to an admin if you don't want me to post questions or whatever

If you read a bit about either platform you probably wouldn’t make such a broad statement like that… they are booth battle rifles and accuracy is set at an acceptable standard… generally speaking, in this comparison the edge would probably be given to the longer barrel, the C7, although the Tavor is known for being rather good at a distance for a CQB rifle, aside from that it would be a rather difficult comparison to make… that is unless you have booth rifles and have done the comparison… I personally would not speculate which one would be better at distance…

Even at 2500, not such a huge difference between them and our sponsors (you know businesses where they have knowledgable staff and offer good customer service). I know where I'd be shopping

Still saving 230$ is that much more I can dump towards ammo and other things like my morning coffee for a few months
