Bit Of Rust On Case - Should I Be Concerned?

I just tumbled some 22-250 cases, factory fired, but were in the box for the past 3-5 years. No moisture in the box.

When I took them out of the tumbler, I noticed some of the cases had what appears to be a rust spot, almost patina like. Is this rust and should I be concerned when I go to reload them? There's not pitting on the case, it's smooth, just has this rusty stain in a few spots, and some very small spots on the case head.

Input appreciated. I'm thinking it's not anything to be concerned about.

My guess is marks from the annealing?

Does it look like this?

If not, some pictures would help to diagnose the issue.

it could just be a water stain or something like that. I notice when I clean my brass in vinegar and some soap they look great until I dry em, then they look like they have a little bit of a water stain on them or maybe it's from the soap, I rinse them good but there's something left on the cases. I have only been reloading for a couple months now but haven't had a problem with the cases I have cleaned this way so far so I guess it can't be anything serious.
