I think NP3 has electroless nickel and teflon coating and might be proprietary process and not available anywhere else but from Robar. Chuck, if you are after bomb proof steel coating then parkerizing plus either KG Gunkoting or ceracoating might be more available option. Some of my rifles are coated that way with no complaint what so ever. GR8's 2c worth.
