Broke my Tokarev a bit, any parts to be had in Canada?

So I broke the Firing Pin Retaining Pin on my Tokarev. The forked ends just snapped off one at a time under regular firing. Oh well. I'm now looking for a replacement and have found plenty in the USA, but because they are gun parts it's not practical to bring a single, or a pack of pins up over the border. Any leads on where I can find some in Canada?

UPDATE: Trade Ex has them in stock and I ordered three. Crisis averted. Thanks for the help!

The firing pin retaining pin is the most commonly sought part for the Tokarev pistols: people lose them 'cause it's the smallest part during a basic strip, or they break them because they don't know which end to drift out, or put lateral stress on while doing it. Due to this, the places that have spare parts from torn down pistols (TradeEx and Marstar) usually sell those first, and they may not have them at any given time.

You can use a solid pin from the hardware store, or even in an emergency the shaft of a common nail that will fit in the hole. Diameter is right about 3mm exactly, and length can be filed to fit. If you slightly mushroom one end and slap some cold blue on it, it might look and last better than you expect. Just keep an eye on it every few magazines to see that it's not working its way loose.

Minimum $50 order or they won't ship anything to you. Try c-clips from a hardware store but the slide will probably not stay back on the last shot.

I think you are confusing the Slide Stop Retainer Clip with the Firing Pin Retaining Pin. The FPR Pin is the split pin in the slide that travels perpendicular to the firing pin.
