Mine (.45) was horrible the first couple of hundred rounds. It seems to have smoothed out quite a bit now. It's the gen II with the buffer tube extension, new style magwell, and heavier buffer installed from the factory. I also did the Glock mag spring mod (explained in the JRC website), and that seems to have helped reduce the number of last rounds that flip up and get jammed significantly.
I'm hoping that as I put more rounds down the pipe, that it will smooth out even more.
Another annoying thing for me is that the Glock mags "swell" when you load it up to full capacity. With ten rounds in there, the mag is very tight in the magwell...to the point where you can see plastic filings when you remove the mag. Don't even bother with the KCI long mags...they look ridiculous and don't feed at all (weak spring).
