Care to elaborate why Sig 516 is not the best compare to the most favourites here Noveske and Knights?

The best rifle is very subjective choice.....it's about personal preferences/ experiences, reviews/complaints on the internet, QC issues......

Personally I own 2 LMT rifles and I think KAC are better rifles even if LMT are good rifles.

I'm sure you'll be happy with your SIG and the rifle will be reliable.

You don't have to agree with me ;)

I've only had my sig516 for a few weeks and it has worked flawlessly. Eats all types of ammo, AE .223, Winchester white box .223, MFS HP and norinco 5.56. I haven't had any issues with FTF/FTE like some folks with earlier models. Overall I'm happy with the gun, it shoots better than me and its a rifle I will never sell.

Colt...All cal AR Colts...Colt is quality and all others copy....But Colt AR's are the only ones I've ever had over 40 years now and counting...But I am sure there are some other excellent COPYS out there!!

KAC is the pinnacle of all DI AR-15's to date....they are all fine choices regardless for civi use...some are better when you consider price is a factor, that being said when considering KAC makes a rifle like a race gun that behaves like military gun it puts it at the top when considering all features that come with it...There durable like Mil Gun and are well balanced and they have the most experience making high quality AR DI out there, and Eugene Stoner's last job was with them...

I have had a chance to handle practically all these AR's at one time or another that being said to properly test all these rifles and there respective variants is economically impossible for all of us...KAC does the most testing compared to most if not all companies out there in NA.

LMT has Mil contracts as well..

PWS = Civilian/LEO

Sig Sauer = More civilian LEO
Noveske = Civilian mostly/LEo and a little Military

The definition of what is "Best" is very subjective and just gets the buyer bogged down with different reasoning and justifications that are endless...

Voted Knights....own a Bushmaster A3 16" LE HBAR & A3 20" HBAR....but I like Colt M4 the best.

Bushmaster is still Amazing though...I love mine. Most popular AR in the US, and passed Colt in civilian sales. Bushmaster also produces a bad-@$$ cannon mounted on the Bradley fighting tank lol ;)

Colt & Bushmaster reign Supreme ;)

USA....USA....USA!!!!! Ha ha ha :p

Nope, the 25 mm chain gun you are referring to was developed by McDonnell Douglas now manufactured by Alliant Techsystem. :p

Personally, I like the Colt SP1: wouldn't give it up, ever.

For a modern one, if you have the money, my opinion is CORE15. I am impressed, that is all.

I have nothing against a Norc: just be wise with lube, as the one I have the machining is pretty rough to say the least and tends to "grind" without proper oil and grease.

So, in other words, I didn't vote for lack of prefered options. :yingyang:

It's funny how many people voted KAC and own something else.

"POLL: What's your favourite car?"

- Audi
- Porsche
- BMW
- VW
- Mercedes
- Toyota
- Honda

And everybody votes Porsche but owns a VW. Hahaha.
