7.62x51 Mil Surplus

Anyone know the best deal for 7.62 NATO ammo? I see canadaammo have 1000 for $399, but wouldn't mind getting it cheaper...if possible!

I won't shoot surplus until I get the kinks out. For now p&d sellier&bullot works great but 2x price.

p and d is $500 for 1040 of norinco , $279 for 500 of mfs (german made ) sellier and bellot is $379 for 500 (reloadable brass casings )
and apparently wild west shooting center is selling 1000 rnd crates of norinco for $450

There hasn't been any surplus 7.62 x 51 for years, other than the Norinco. It's no longer in widespread use except for MG. South Africa no longer sells its surplus.

MFS is a Hungarian brand, but their steel cased ammo is simply Russian-made Barnaul with the MFS packaging.

I have both South African and Austrian Mil Surplus that I acquired in the early 1990's too bad its all gone cause its good ammo and I would not mind getting some more!
