Swiss Arms rifles being examined for reclassification?

Except no one "broke into my house"

ESF 9116 which JR took to the RCMP after he decided that the CSC had sold this gentleman a C/A was proven to be a S/A only by the RCMP. (IE: No Crime)

I wouldn't call the cops to report a crime unless I was sure one was commited. If I forget to fully close my door and my alarm trips, do I go investigate myself or do I knee jerk and call the SWAT team?

It was the other two samples which came from unknown sources that were determined to be C/A.

My question is, other than examining the bolt, how did JR determine that the UPPER was a C/A?

I'd better tear everything down and hide it again until I'm 100% ready.

Just kidding. But, please keep in mind this is not finished. But that's what we've gathered so far.

The two samples were converted auto's......Who brought in and where did they come from???

Also, who told the RCMP 12 years ago, when these rifles were brought in, that they were derived from the 540, and can he prove it now that he's been pressed??

From what I read sure seems the opposite as the two control rifles where the C/A.
I maybe just reading it wrong.

If this whole thing came from nothing more than bad blood and a chance at vengence between two former business partners, we deserve to have nothing here in Canada. We are children.

Very much so.

The whole linch pin is who is the original source of these apparent c/a refinished for the Canadian market.

The rifle that was thought of as being a c/a turned out not to be one.

I have a funny feeling that SA AG's won't be signing those affidavits THAT quickly as the determination of the source of these two C/A (known as the control rifles) must be done at their end and may take some time. How did they slip through and to whom were they sold too is what I want to know.

So to me:

It appears that JR got a gun saw it was different from his inventory and complained to the RCMP, it was examined and found to be semi-auto, thus it would appear that TSE has some converted auto weapons in its inventory, and right and truly screwed himself (and potentially others).

Train Wreck if my my reading of the emails is correct.
 
Look at my response I asked if he was member of Parliament for the NDP ,read his response to me..
I think he was putting out there what he felt went on with a twist of sarcasm, maybe he can clear it up.

My point was between the selfishness of importers/competitors and the fact that firearms businesses are constantly trying to #### each other over as stated by BBB, we (the consumers) keep losing firearms and our money due to petty squabbles and finger pointing. If that is how the Canadian Firearms Industry conducts itself, then we will lose all our cool toys here. "we deserve to have nothing here in Canda. We are children" was referring to the businesses, not the consumers.
