Mossberg 930 problem with bolt

Going to send my mossberg for warranty work because this gun is driving me nuts. Have a bird barrel and rifled barrel and every time I switch barrels and try and close the bolt handle it will close half way then gets stuck. Not sure if part of the bolt is bend. Had no problems with the bird barrel but once I switched to the rifled barrel and back to the bird barrel both are not closing. Any suggestions. The rifled barrel is pretty tough to get in and out.

Weird, are you sure both barrels are for the 930?

you can try assembling everything with the bolt removed to try and see what the clearances are like or where the source of the binding may be

Both are 930 barrels. The rifled barrel is now stuck so off she goes for warranty work.

Funny but added a base to it and the screws were too long. Lesson learned.

Sounds like the OP installed a scope base on the receiver and the screws were long enough to interfere with the installation of the barrel.

That exactly what I did and the damn screws were too long and prevented the barrel and bolt from working properly. Sent the gun in for warranty work to the same place I purchased the base. Feel alittle bit like a homer.
