How to inquire about my transfer?

I'm just curious as to how to how I might go about getting some information on my transfers. I purchased two new pistols last month and its been over 3 weeks and the transfer's still have not been completed. I tried calling the CFO here in NB but they won't give me any information.

Call 1-800-731-4000. Three weeks is not a long time in Ontario. Four weeks minimum for private transfer

If you called and they told you its not transferred yet, thats all the info they will give you.

Its a PITA but thats how things work, my first pistol was almost 5 weeks and my last one was 5 days.
