Zeiss duralyt adjustment problems

hey i just recently picked up a zeiss duralyt 3-12x50 scope. i brought it out to the range after i had bore sighted it and i couldnt seem to get it above zero at 100yds. it had ran out of elevation adjustment.

any suggestions?

Sounds like a base or ring issue. You may need to try shimming.

i know this may seem stupid, and im not trying to be offensive, but are you sure the scope is mounted correctly? windage knob on the right, elevation on the top? they work the other way, but alot of scopes have far less windage adjustment then elevation, and swapping them 90* can lead to zeroing problems

What make are the bases and rings? Make of rifle?

yes its mounted correctly, this is my 10th scope mount on several different guns.

the bases are leupold std 2piece,the rings are leupold std (swivel,turn in) and the rifle is a weatherby mk v

Leupold rings and base.Should have followed thru.But I bet you heard that.
