non restricted ar platforms ?

panther arms and stag arms are available here I am looking to perchase h bar varmint target but getting different responses on the matter paper work import fees? do i need a club range locker to store this weapon?
 
No such thin as a non restricted AR, they're all restricted simply for the fact they are an AR.
May I humbly suggest you look at one of these pretties instead?

Robinson Arms XCR, non restricted, and pretty darn close to doing everything an AR will do for you.

Like Goose and Tac Tech said, either an XCR or a Swiss Arms would do you well. Neither is a cheap option though. There is also the Tavor, but again that isn't a cheap go.

Maybe an SU-16.

And you can store every gun you own at home. Be is NR, Res, or Prohib. No gun that I know of requires you to store it in a specific location other than your home. Just follow storage regs and you are fine.

the swiss arms has the added thrill of a possible reclassification to prohibited!
 
The Benneli MR1 can also be had in non restricted.

it really sucks that its like this.

first they say, if a gun is this short, its restricted. Sure, I get that, maybe people are scared of concealed rifles. But then we have long AR platform guns that are exactly the same as so many other platforms but they are restricted just because.
