New CQB upper

Well, I have wanted one of these for quite some time....its kind of surprising that I was able to hold off this long. This is the first rifle I've ever built and its actually quite a bit easier than I thought.

Anyhow, got everything going except the charging handle. Can't believe how light it is compared to the 18" upper.

Here it is with its big brother. Let me know what you think

Simple and very clean how do you like your aimpoint pro?

I've had aim points on and off for a number of years now...The pro is no different except it's cheaper and comes with a great mount.

Decent, do you ever see yourself swapping the aimpoint mount out for something less bulky?

Nope....I may swap it out for a T1 if I ever find a steal of a deal....but otherwise the pro will stay in its current configuration
