I've been reading threads dating back to 2010 for the past 2 hrs on this subject and I can't find a definitive answer. Maybe there isn't one? Basically, I'm looking to get single mag pouches for Beretta double stack mags. What is the better pouch for IPSC? (Without opening a huge fanboy debate)

CR Speed Versa vs DAA Racer and where is the cheapest place to get them in the GTA?

So far I see 3 dealers: DoubleTap, Brant and Freedom Ventures. I'm also looking for one of the pouches to have one of them cool magnets for any table starts I may encounter.

I just ordered a second set up of CR speed versa's for single stack, my first set has worked great for 2 years with the
CZ so I stuck with the same this time
I ordered mine from Brant ShootingSports good prices flat rate shipping and had them in a couple of days
The other 2 sponsors are also great to deal with

Freedom Ventures has what you need....or any of the others mentioned above....they all support IPSC and action shooting sports in Canada.

I use DAA Race Masters.......swapped out my CR Speeds for them as I like the adjustability and spring feel.....they stay firmly put, but when you need the mag, comes out smooth and easily.....no mag dumps at all with mine or my wife's.....personal preference of course.

ive used crspeed for a few years and they were good. i currently use daa racers and i like them. its really a personal choice as to what u like.

if u choose cr speeds contact Sean at freedom ventures and he can hook u up with all cr speed products (holster, mag pouches and belt)

there great to deal with and fast shipping too :)

where is the cheapest place to get them

Ebay. usually between $20-$30 each. Search "IPSC mag pouch"

Yes, they are knock off's. I've had mine for about 2 years now and they still work great. I have the CR style ones. The DAA ones are on there as well for about the same price. If you're like me and want some mags on your belt, but don't care if the pouch they're in has a brand name on them or not, then that's the route to go. Shipping can take 2-4 weeks though, so if you're in a hurry that could also be a deciding factor for you.

I also have a CR knockoff holster I use for my Para. It works, but not great. The real CR I use for my Shadow is definitely worth the extra money. The way I see it, if my holster breaks and my gun is on the ground, bad news and possibly a DQ. If my mag pouch breaks and my mag is on the ground, who cares! It's been dropped a millon times anyways!

My my 2 cents.
