Got myself a new .223 Vz 58 sporter today.



I've been looking for one for awhile now and finally found one. I never hurts to ask for a free bee when buying a new gun, especially when the gun is expensive, so I asked for a free box of Norinco 5.56. Didn't even hesitate to say sure. Id like to change the stock one day but what it has now will have to do.



and my Military or military style rifle collection so far has grown from a simple SKS to this.

Congrats on the new acquisition bud. I love mine with the beaver barf furniture plus added a magwell adapter to except 10 round pistol mags,side rail mount for optics(waiting on those)and will be throwing on a muzzle brake soon enough. Enjoy your new rifle and yes please do let us know how she shoots.

I did a full extensive range report on the Norinco M14 when I got it.

I can probably do a range report on the new Vz 58 today If someone is my small town has an extra box of .223 or 5.56x45 for sale. I think Whiteys has a 40 round box of Winchester .223 for sale.

If you would like to sell the stock, I'd be interested. I know there only going for $70.00 on Wolverine but the money could go to your crack....I mean red army habit. Lol, just like mine, nice vz.!! I have it's cosin cz858 with the woody on.

I see your sticking to the semi autos, that's how I started and then bought a lee enfield for $80. Now I have gone out and bought almost all the milsurp bolt actions. Original plan was to buy an SKS and stop but then I saw the svt-40. You need one of those now then a mosin. The mosin always makes you buy more bolt actions.

I actually have a CZ 550 LUX .270 and a CZ Redhead 20 gauge shotgun that I got before these guns. Got the hunting stuff first then the fun stuff after.
