Do people see these kits when there out at gun shows, or are they hard to come by?

I don't know if I should search high and dry or just pay to ship it from the good ol US of A.

Try Brownell's. I've gotten several sets of dies from them, with only $16 shipping. Usually got them within a week or two.

I didn't think Bronwell's didn't deliver to Canada.
I tried to order one from MidwayUSA to my Uncles place down there, they wouldn't even let do that.

Midway are dicks. Brownells are reasonable. There are still limits on what they will ship with respect to gun parts though so read the descriptions.

"...Lee Loader set..." As in the Lee Classic? Any shop that sells Lee kit can order one for you. How long it'll take depends on whether or not their supplier has one in stock. Just remember that the Classic neck sizes only and new brass or brass fired out of another rifle needs to be FL resized first. Pitch those daft scoops too. They're inaccurate.

So I check out Brownell's and they have them for 26.99 and they can ship it to Canada. Oddly enough they can't ship
a 16 Gauge bore snake.

It can't show me the shipping cost until the order is complete, but hearing what cdn303 payed for his dies is reassuring.

The two top choice's are UPS expedited International, or UPS Canada Standard.

Yea, the classic. Mine just says lee loader kit, but it's about 30 years old, so It wasn't classic at the time.

I don't think any of the store's around me would be willing to help out on such a small item.
I also doubt any of them would beat brownell's price even after shipping.

Cabela's wanted 36.99, plus 14 for shipping for a 303 British.

Out of my last 2 orders one was Truck/Ocean, and the other was Parcel Post Priority International. They were both the same shipping fee ($16.15). It will come via USPS/Canada Post.
