They will come out quite easily if you know how. Remember, the have round heads, not flat heads and come out left to right as you look at the top of the front sight housing from the receiver side. Use a nail setting punch, they are a little hollow on the tip, it fits that round head and you can get them started. They are taper pins and just need to get started, then they will come out.

if you wanna save the blocks you'll need a drill press to drill the pins out or find a hydraulic press.
So you hammer them? Do you have a jig or how do you hold the gun?
You just need the right tools and a big hammer.
