Much thanks - good data for 7x57 is hard to find.
Although they used Winchester cases, and I thought that Winchester no longer makes brass for 7x57?

I still prefere powder manufactures data but it is nice to be able to compare data to bullet manufacturers info. I don't want to buy more load manuals every time a new cartrifge is released.

I have the NEW Nosler #7 guide - its a very nice book with color pictures ! I still like my books-mauals to sit and read through and compare ! RJ

I won a free hard copy of Nosler's # 7 off Facebook a few months ago, my brother in law and an other friend also won a copy. They must have put a certain number aside for Canadian entrants or I am part of a lucky circle of friends.

It is amazing how much it differs b/n ed & publishers. Buy 5 books and average it out.

I just look for a place to start and let the gun tell me when to quit, but with version #6 I never got past the starting load. I see they backed off a couple grains in #7.

Going by the pressure and muzzle velocity, they are not loading for modern rifles.
Need Euro specs to see what a 7x57 can do - try wikipedia.

Yeah that can be a problem for old cartridges. I'd stay away from wikipedia & just develop your own loads with time & patience.
