Mossberg 715 feeding/extracting issue.

I started having some accuracy issues and realized that the flash suppressor was full of lead. I put a lot of rounds down range with this 715 and I guess it built up to the point of affecting the bullet on exit from the barrel. I cleaned it all out and now it is shooting tight groups again. Well as tight as I can get them.

Need HELP

I have had mine since November 2012. I have had FTE issues since day one. I have tried lots of different ammo. I still get lots of FTE, even with stingers and minimags. I have used the search feature and read everything from the past 3 years as well as searching the net for ideas.

I have polished the receiver, bolt and feed ramp. I have fixed my mag's. I saw this video and tried that as well.

I am really frustrated with it and I don't know what to try next. I don't feel right about selling it with the FTE's problem.

Need help please.

Have you tried different mags?
Last year there seemed to be a lot of issues with a particular batch of 25rd mags. I know I got one with my 715 carry handle that I purchased last fall...lots of failures. I puchased a new mag and my dealer replaced the bad one...this weekend we went through 400 rounds of Blazers without a single failure. This puts me at about 3000 rounds without a failure of any kind...and other than spraying the action with a solvent/lube after every session the gun hasn't been cleaned since last fall.
Just a thought (about the mags).

I sent mine back to frontier ... extremely disappointed in the 715

Glad I bought it from frontier ... customer service is second to none

it came down he didn't have the rail snugged up tight so it kept bouncing left to right and ####, he sold it and got a bolt action savage.

I have the original mag plus one extra I bought. It does seem that one works slightly better. Still trying to find a new mag.

I am still trying different angles with the extractor plate to change the direction of the spent casing. They are currently going straight out in front and usually seem to hit the edge of the receiver and stay in the front as the new round is being loaded, causing a jam so bad I need to drop the mag, pry out the spent casing, release the bolt with one still in the chamber, then replace mag. A very frustrating process considering that I barley get more than 3 shots with out a FTE.

My 715T has gone back to a Mossberg repair site for the second time. I got it back in may fired 15 rds and had 7 jams. new out of the box Ive got 5 rds total in a row with out issue. I have tried 6-8 diferent brands of ammo.
