10 Round CZ-858 Pistol magazine?

These magazine are not legal in Canada at this time. I would suggest not buying one unless you like the idea of A) Prison ###, B) Loosing your guns, C) Costly legal bills or D) All of the above.

I'm not posting this as another dealer is selling them, I'm posting this because I don't want to see my customers charged with importing an prohibited device. If they were legal I'd be ordering a sea container full right now and a dozen for myself.

Is the Charger pistol from Ruger not commonly available in Canada? Is that why we're unable to use the BX-25 mags in our 10/22s? Thank-you.

There are aprx. 50 AR pistols of various sorts in Canada.

You can't use BX-25 mags because Ruger advertises them for use in pistols and rifles. Pistol mags are limited to 10 rounds.

Import 50 VZ pistols and 50,000 mags. I'll bet you sell the mags out before the pistols.

Um...sling/blockoff plate on CSA compact/shorty...import and easily sell a bunch...same story as XCR pistols/mags. They're restricted anyways and you can swap in a buttstock in 32 seconds so consumer interest is not an issue. After that, appropriately marked/mfr'd mags are GTG.

Umm. I thought there was no limit for rimfire mags...? is the BX-25 not for the ruger 10/22, and 25 round mags are widely available for it...

I think you're reading too much into it. An AR pistol can use mags up to 150 rounds capacity. As long as the 10 round mags are designed, manufactured and marked specifically for pistols, it's all good.

A VZ mag manufactured as a 10 rounder for a pistol is exactly the same as one of the LAR or XCR mags manufactured for ARs or XCRs. The design isn't significantly different other than the length.

Many pistols in Canada use 14- 17 rounds, but we merrily pin them to 10 rounds and RCMP is delighted with us.

CGN admin can't tell you what to sell to Canadians. On this site, yes... On your site, no friggin way.

Importation of prohibited device is illegal. Until there is legal confirmation from the RCMP that these magazines are legal, they will not be allowed to be advertised at CGN.

We will not willingly allow anyone, including business members, to sell items that could be considered as prohibited devices. At this point, there is not a single VZ58 pistol in Canada, and therefore it is reasonable to assume that VZ58 is not a commonly available pistol in Canada.
