HELP: Brownells won't accept my Visa number?

I set up the order as a "credit card call in" Monday night, called them Tuesday Morning with the order number and got an order number last night and a ship notice today.

Yes. You are correct. Hate to be "that guy" but customs has never assessed my Brownells orders. Ever.

I have only had a Brownell's order assessed once: the fee on $80 order was $30.00. Good thing they haven't assessed any others.

Just an update, Flawless transaction, package was opened and resealed by customs, but no duties/brokerage charged.... nice! 2 M&P45 mags and a holster same firearms! Happy days, Happy days.

However, if your order totals more than $100, they will not send it USPS INTFC regardless of its contents, weight, size, etc. Shipping jumps to $25-$30 pretty fast.

That's funny, my tooling order is well over $100.oo and is on it's way to me USPS INTFC.
Never had a problem with Brownells and I always Add-A-Buck to the NRA with each order.

Trying to place an order with Brownells for 2 M&P45 mags and holster for same, everything working fine (in stock) until I fill in the payment field... and I get an error saying credit card number is not valid. I've tried 3 times, verified that my stubby fingers did input the correct digits, but still can't get the payment to process.

HELP anyone? Has anyone encountered this before? Is it because my Visa is Canadian?

I've obtained some 'decent' wood that I plan on using to make handgun grips with. In preparation I phoned in an order today for some checkering equipment and arramged to pay with VISA. Never had a problem, other than most of what I ordered was placed on back order.

I placed a second order: same card went through. Only difference: I put in the field "Name of Cardholder" the name in CAPS, and they had the card from a call-in weeks ago. Maybe a system glitch?

I made my first order last week, both my cards failed to work, ended up just calling in my order.

Same issue with my mastercard, but I called the 1-800 number and that worked fine. They also gave me a 20% discount as Canadian Military!
