I don't think they are the same mod. The MAC guy removed a spring, the guy in Nutnfancys video bent a spring and filed some metal parts.

Both claim to have reduced the trigger pull weight by about 50%, one without removing a spring.

Im starting to feel the same, despite my inclination not to jump on the Tavor bandwagon. However, after testing it out with a fellow member at Silverdale, I caved in and ordered a FDE version. Amazing rifle.

My only complaints are the trigger pull, and weight, albeit minor.

It took a while for the Tavor to grow on me. It all clicked when I saw the trigger improvement video. I can't think of a shorter .223 non-restricted semi-auto rifle.

NR FDE tavors are rare as hell.

Only 25 made it in recently more to come end of August on the next Tavor shipment I was told.
