trigger/hammer sets?

Most gunsmiths have favorites - combinations that they know work together and that they're comfortable putting their name beside, if the gunis going to a 'smith, let the 'smith make the decision, unless he's told you he doesn't care.

Give it a whirl yourself. It might drop in, and it might not. If not, you'll learn how to fit it or take it to a smith.

I personally like Ed Brown matched hammer/sear/disconnector. Trigger shape and size is a matter of preference, you have a bazillion options, many of which are relatively drop-in. If you're changing to a commander style hammer, I'm 90% sure you'll need to get a grip safety that will accommodate it (the spur shape is a problem). I'm 95% sure that fitting a grip safety does not qualify as "drop-in" for most people.

I order 1911 parts from Brownells. I've heard Fusion Firearms ships to Canada. Canadian sources anyone?
