For size and price, I'd have to go with the Tavor. I am NOT a Tavor fanboy, I just have to admit that it's a damn great deal for a Nonrestricted rifle.
Second, I would have to put the FAMAE and Swiss Arms just for the badass factor.
I prefer the longer gun in many ways for my long arms, the Tavor is the best all round for 223 but the compactness of the KELTEC RFB speaks volumes in 308..
Only problem I had with tavor is the bullpup. I'm sure it's great but me being 6'4 and arms like a gorilla. I felt like I was craddling a baby holding that gun. Not a huge fan of plastic either. I may be executed for not hanging from the tavor b sack. But it's just my opinion. I like the xcr over it. Few of the above guns I've never held or fired so can't comment.
Reloading is going to be more intuitive and generaly faster while keeping on target without the bullpup configuration. That said, and the quality of build and adaptability I'd go xcr out of thay list. Imo of course.
