Hi all,
The North Peace Rod and Gun club will be holding our first three gun shoot on June 29th 2013. Registration is 9am with the match starting at 930. It will go rain or shine. We are looking to have 8 challenging courses of fire. It will include a bbq lunch. If time permits we would also like to have both a pistol and shotgun speed steel imediately following the 3 gun event. Everyone is welcome including juniors. Requirments are centerfire rifle/pistol as well as a shotgun of 20ga or larger. Eye and ear protection are manditory. Slings will not be permitted and a Black Badge will NOT be a requirment. I will post a finialized round count and mach fee as soon as we hash out the details. Sooo clear your calendar and come on out for a great day of shooting.

I'm desperate to attend... However I'm stuck in a major work project the entire month of June. :( Do you have these shoots often? Are beginners welcome, or is some experience necessary?

There's zero chance of it, unfortunately. I'll keep watching Youtube and do what I can to practice up and try not to make a fool of myself for next time :)

If anyone from out of town is planning on attending can you shoot me a pm, just trying to get a rough head count for prop consumables, grocerys etc. Looking forward to our first shoot, hope to see you out there.

Hey Oz, Wes, Steve and Bud, thanks for a great day of 3 gunning, I know you all put a lot of work into it and it turned out to be a great event. I loved the courses of fire (except maybe the Texas star). Just about got the kids asleep, then it's gun cleaning time.

Johnny, I think you loved the Texas star long time.

Thanks to all who made this happen. It was a great time with great guys.

My condolences to Bob Dinkelman for another in a long string of third places.

Oz and the group of SO's, score keepers and helpers....

Thanks for putting on a fine match. For a first match it was very successful. Lots of hard work paid off. I hope to continue to shoot more 3 gun events at your club. Good job!
