Any Lefties handle a Henry AR7? I saw a thread with good photos and the receiver sits WAY off to the right. Is it an issue for a left handed shooter?

I have had zero issues in the last 6 or 7 years. I have shot a lot of subsonic in it plus others, so you'd expect some issue to manifest, but nope.
And I shoot LH.

Does yours cycle with subsonics? Mine is a great shooting gun, I've put 1000's through mine, but the action in mine even after being broken in is too stiff to cycle subsonic or quiet rounds.

I've had mine for years. It is one of 3 keepers that will never leave my possession. I'm a lefty and have never been hit with brass or gas. The only "issue" is the stock is offset from the action for right handed shooters, us lefties have to get our heads over a little further to get on the sight plane. It works for me though, and I shoot it very well out to 50 yards or so.

I shoot sub sonic ammo all the time, this is actually a benefit to being left handed. When shooting sub sonic ammo, I hold the bolt closed with my right hand thumb and cycle the action manually. Mine WILL cycle some sub sonic ammo atumatially(1,000 FPS or faster) , but not the 710 FPS really quiet stuff I like to use. holding the bolt closed makes the shot to shot consistency improve greatly as well.

Make your own stock for it.
It will be a completely different rifle.
Wish I didn't get rid of mine.

Yes my friend hated it because of it. I'm right handed and I didn't like how far over it was.

The offset is obvious to look at, but I've never noticed while shooting. I DID add a red dot pretty quickly after my first experience of the stock sights, and that may have reduced the offset annoyance by raising the sight line.

41 Colt, where are you in BC?

There's one at Grouse River Outfitters in Kelowna, or at least there was a month ago when I last visited, so you could try it out that way.

Not close to Kelowna but thanks. I ended up ordering one with a few extra magazines last night from Cabelas. If I don't like it there is always the EE, but I'm really not putting my hopes high for this gun, my main attraction is it can pack into the stock, good for a motorcycle trip.
